BUSINESS ANALYSIS × AI EVALUATION

Find the thread.
Make it useful.

Hi, I’m Abby. I connect people, requirements, and evidence to make complex systems easier to understand—and easier to improve.

01 / SELECTED WORK

Different systems.
The same instinct.

Find the hidden dependency. Ask the missing question. Help the team move forward.

SYSTEMS & DATA INTEGRITY02

Follow the data.
Question the assumption.

A source-of-record investigation and synthetic test scenarios helped uncover what a surface-level fix could miss.

AI EVALUATION & REVIEW03

Reviewing
the review.

Evaluating AI outputs and reviewing evaluator submissions with clear criteria, written rationale, and actionable feedback.

These are summaries of my contributions. Process visuals are illustrative.

02 / HOW I THINK

The useful part is
in the questions.

Good analysis makes the assumptions visible—and the next decision easier.

A SMALL EXAMPLE

Let users update
their contact details.

Sounds simple. Let’s pull the thread.

From a broad request to something the team can test.

MAKE THE ASSUMPTIONS VISIBLE

What do we need to know first?

  • 01 Who can change which details?
  • 02 Which system owns the information?
  • 03 What needs verification before it changes?
  • 04 What should happen when an update fails?

A shared definition of the problem comes before a solution.

01

Trace it.

Find where the information comes from and how it changes.

02

Make it clear.

Turn ambiguity into shared understanding and explicit decisions.

03

Try to break it.

Test the edge cases. Explain what holds up and what needs work.

03 / A LITTLE CREATIVE ELECTRICITY

Serious curiosity.
Playful experiments.

Sometimes the best way to understand a tool is to make something delightfully specific with it.

For Handshake’s Halloween logo mission, I used ChatGPT, Grok, and Runway to develop a Frankenstein-inspired design—then kept refining the geometry, materials, lighting, and tiny details.

Submitted and approved through Handshake AI Skills Studio.

04 / THE PERSON CONNECTING THE DOTS

A systems mind.
A human center.

I’m a business analyst with a background in enterprise technology and federal digital services, and a growing body of hands-on AI evaluation work.

I like getting beneath the first answer: tracing a workflow, checking a source, finding the question nobody has asked yet. Then I want to turn what I’ve learned into something useful.

That same curiosity follows me into writing, music, and creative experiments. I’m happiest when there’s something to understand—and something to build.
